Farm Credit of the Future Data/AI Utility Design Phase
In order to create a centralized data/AI utility, potential participating FCS entities will need to align on foundational steps. Those steps include setting data standards and governance, designing AI capabilities to allow for AI tool collaboration, and decisions on infrastructure and security. Additionally, participating entities would also need to contemplate what the early set of services could be once the foundation is built.
Design Phase expectations
Your organization’s involvement in designing an AI/Data utility for the Farm Credit System will ensure your interests are considered in this venture. Participants in the Design Phase will be asked to designate a representative to lead their organization’s involvement and contribute approximately 50 hours of time (from various team members or departments) during the three month phase .
To participate and sponsor the facilitation of the AI/Data Utility Design Phase, we are asking that organizations make an investment of $15,000 toward this initiative.
