What is an FPOV ThinkTank?

An intense ideation experience where a group of intelligent people from different industries come together to ideate on a specific future leaning digital topic. The High Beam ThinkTank is divided up into two-hour ThinkSprints in areas that relate to the overall topic. Ideas are gathered using technology tools and are provided back to the participants. This will be our 12th year for this event.

This Year’s ThinkTank topic:

Human/Digital Capital Management – Developing accretive synergy between your team and digital assets

We will focus on ideas for maximizing business results by improving the adoption and usage of digital tools in the rapidly approaching synthetic intelligence world.

Why is This Year’s ThinkTank Important?

The two most valuable operational assets in most organizations are the Human Capital (people and the skills they possess) and the Digital Capital (the technology assets an organization has assembled). Moving forward in an AI era, the level of fusion between these two forms of capital will greatly impact financial success.

Ideation Outcomes:

  • Learn new techniques and best practices from other participants
  • Development of ideas that can be applied right away to improve the adoption of new digital tools (e.g. AI)
  • Creation of a vivid picture of the future hybrid workplace
  • Experience doing ideation by collaborating with AI tools

ThinkSprints

In the 2024 ThinkTank we will conduct four ThinkSprints covering a variety of topics including the integration of human and digital capital, the creation of a hybrid work environment, and the enhancement of AI and robotics in future workplaces. We will explore measuring the efficiency and optimal state of people and technology working together, developing new digital skills and well-being models, improving the power and interaction of digital systems, and envisioning the impact of AI on organizational dynamics. Finally, we will discuss a model for replacing traditional change management with “Inspired Evolution,” focusing on fostering an adaptive culture and leveraging AI for organizational growth.
