In August of 2024, FPOV will release its second annual HUMALOGY® Trends Report. FPOV began developing these reports in 2023 to share insights with various organizations, industries, and business leaders. The report is designed to examine the latest technological trends and their impact on business and humanity. Using data collected across industries, we unpack how digital tools and innovation might offer leaders a competitive advantage while understanding how digital transformation and new technology is impacting individuals’ personal lives.

From August of 2023 to July of 2024, we polled thousands of business leaders in live audiences. Our report reveals how leaders view technological changes in their organizations and the world.

FPOV’s inaugural 2023 HUMALOGY® Trends Report focused on how leaders and employees believed technology, and therefore the HUMALOGY® balance between human and digital effort, was and would impact their organizations. Our report revealed that over 80% of leaders felt optimistic about the benefits of AI and digital tools in the workplace—from enabling new tasks to increasing efficiency and liberating employees to devote their attention to more creative tasks. Another 61% expressed concern about other organizations integrating AI better than their own. Lastly, 90% of respondents believed cybersecurity was a rising risk in both our digital world and their organizations.

FPOV’s 2024 HUMALOGY® Trends Report dives deeper into the specific risks initiated by artificial intelligence and the importance of both High Beam vision and digital risk management. Coming August 23rd, the 2024 report will focus on the attitude organizations and leaders have toward technological trends such as AI. Additionally, this report provides recommendations on honing High Beam leadership capabilities to address technology usage, ethics, and risk.

When developing these reports, often we ask our respondents personal questions. As an example, we ask how much someone believes AI will improve their productivity or how someone views the ethical risk versus the benefits of AI. We also ask corporate questions such as is our data tech debt more from a lack of data skills or deficits in the digital environment?

Our 2024 report explores the ins and outs of technology-related topics, seeking to present all facets, from an individual’s perspective to an organization’s effort to combat concerning trends. The HUMALOGY® Trends Report reveals common themes in how individuals and organizations perceive the benefits and risks of technology.

Both our 2023 and 2024 reports are broken out into sections that are of interest to all. Each section provides interesting insights around a specific theme such as HUMALOGY®, High Beam, Digital Impact on Personnel, etc.

The HUMALOGY® Trends Report tailors its information to strategic advice that can help organizations and industry leaders increase their perspective on worldwide trends.

The report’s aim is to give leaders interesting perspectives into specific trends from current and future technology usage.

This report is designed to help inform strategy and focus attention. It will hopefully pique your curiosity and help you understand how others view technology and its impact on industry and humanity?

The HUMALOGY® Trends Reports reflects FPOV’s desire to guide leaders and organizations in integrating digital technologies more efficiently, effectively, and securely.

For two decades, FPOV has been helping organizations face the impact of intensifying digital transformation. We realize the necessity of harnessing the power of digital tools in business strategy and planning. Through these reports, FPOV seeks to connect organizations and leaders concerning the trends that will impact their industries.
