Experience
For eight years, Paul was the President of Century, LLC, a $100M global leader in manufacturing martial arts equipment. In his near decade at the helm of Century, he steadily grew company revenue and profit, culminating in posting two of the most profitable years in the company’s history. He steered the company through the COVID pandemic and provided executive oversight for new technology implementations including replacing existing ERP, WMS, CRM, Manufacturing, and eCommerce solutions.
Paul also served seven years as Century’s VP of Technology, during which he developed and executed a three-year technology plan that involved migrating the company from a legacy ERP system and platform.
Background
In his decades-long professional career, Paul has worked in consulting, banking, retail, software engineering, project management, and merchandising. For six years he was an executive project manager at Metavante, a $1.5B software engineering company. He led remote teams implementing multimillion dollar projects at banks and datacenters up to $4B in assets and directed a team of 12 project managers implementing banking systems at financial institutions throughout the United States and internationally.

Paul has been a lifelong practitioner of martial arts, he trains and teaches across America and internationally.
