WHAT IS AN ANNUAL CONTENT PROGRAM
Our Annual Content Program (ACP) is an agreed upon stream of content developed by FPOV and distributed throughout the year to constantly be providing value to constituents.

A critical step to our ACP is the development of a content calendar. This is a step in which our team will work closely with your stakeholders to develop a calendar that specifically fills your needs.
COMPREHENSIVE CONTENT SUMMARY
Keynote for Conference, Employees, or Executive Team
An experienced FPOV speaker will travel to your conference or gathering and present on a specific topic of your choosing.
These often go hand in hand with conference keynotes or specific topics. We facilitate sessions with senior leaders and/or executives and provide some thought-leading questions surrounding the topic presented in the keynote or other agreed upon topics.
Workshops typically last one-to-two days and allow us to dive deep into a specific area with a group of your team or members. Topics can include market and industry trends or education around a topic like relationship journey, knowledge concentration, or operational excellence.
Moderate or Participate in Panel Discussion
We can facilitate a panel discussion, or one of our experienced consultants can be a panel member and offer unique insight into a chosen topic.
Think Tank Moderator
A Think Tank is an opportunity for leaders to get together to consider future trends and how these trends will impact their organizations and industries. Our team can help you prepare and implement a one-or two-day Think Tank based on a theme of your choosing.
Presenting at Executive or Employee Strategic Retreats

Private Workshops and Training Courses
We offer a number of private workshops and training courses. These courses can be crafted to your organization surrounding a specific subject of your choosing. AN FPOV consultant will travel to your location and deliver the course or workshop over one to two days to a select group of your team.
eLearning courses are a great way to teach a large group of your team about a specific subject. These courses can be taken at any speed and are available for people to consume at their desks.
A webinar is typically one-hour in length and taught by an FPOV consultant and based on an agreed upon topic. The webinar can be viewed live or attended remotely. It is videoed at FPOV’s office but broadcast over a teleconferencing platform. The webinar will be recorded for those unable to view it live and offered to the client for reasonable distribution.
We can help you customize an event with a combination of keynote, webinar, eLearning, live presentation, or train-the-trainer formats. This can be used by multi-location organizations or associations that have regional or chapter meetings across the country.
CONTENT CREATION & DIGITAL ASSET DEVELOPMENT
Articles & Blogs
Articles or blogs will be written or ghostwritten by an FPOV expert based on a topic of your choosing and in a voice that fits your organization. They can be featured both in a periodical or online.
A vlog is a short video produced by FPOV and based on a topic of your choosing. The vlog will be hosted by a FPOV consultant and videoed and produced by FPOV’s production team. You can see an example of the style that a vlog might take by reviewing this link (https://youtu.be/s77CdaMXvdk).
Podcasts can either be completely produced by our team or we can just provide an FPOV expert for an interview either conducted by your team or FPOV. If the interview is conducted by FPOV, we will send the raw file of the interview, so your team can produce the final podcast.
Infographics & eBooks
Our infographics and eBooks are designed to offer your constituents relevant information on a specific subject in a visual and entertaining manner so that you are seen as an industry leader. eBook examples we’ve created for clients are available upon request.
Our corral of speakers can help bring a fresh perspective to any organizational conference. We can provide training on a variety of subjects that will educate your attendees and they will become more effective as leaders in their organization. The training sessions can range from one-hour sessions to two-day sessions.

WHAT AN ENGAGEMENT LOOKS LIKE
In a Technology Guideposts engagement, we meet with select members of the organization and lead a strategy session. In these sessions, an organization will select its guideposts and begin creating actionable steps to meet them. These meetings are characteristically held yearly so that progress can be charted. Guideposts are then readjusted, and the team is then realigned to meet new guideposts.

The process begins with a kickoff call to align the team on the objective of the engagement, set expectations on the sequence of events, explain the deliverables, and answer questions you have.
2// SCHEDULING & LOGISTICS
We work closely with the team’s designated coordinator to schedule dates and session participants.
3// ASSESSMENTS, INTERVIEWS, AND/OR RESEARCH
We conduct pre-event assessments with key stakeholders either in person or through our digital assessment platform. This process helps us gather perspective as we prepare for the strategy session.
