Brett Lemoine has spent the last 20 years bringing clarity to complex technology problems and helping clients understand how to leverage optimized processes, data, and people to transform technology organizations for scale and effectiveness. Brett has deep Silicon Valley leadership experience in software development, technology operations, business and consumer-facing technology support services. He has held leadership roles at eBay, LinkedIn, Shutterfly, and Polycom, led operations, IT, and customer services for multiple technology start-ups in the Bay Area and has industry experience in biotech, technical manufacturing, insurance, telecommunications, and enterprise and consumer on-line services.

Brett developed and implemented a strategic technology roadmap for a major cable provider and developed technology, process and risk guidance for a large consumer e-commerce company. He has enabled a top-5 health insurance company to outsource electronic and postal communications while reducing costs, maintaining compliance, and increasing customer engagement.  Brett has strong knowledge and expertise in cutting edge technologies like:
