Data Intelligence is one of the most valuable weapons at your disposal but also one of the most siloed within organizations. We help break data out of siloes so that it can be used across an organization and departments to be fully utilized and maximized for market gains. We do this through the building of a Data Intelligence Center of Excellence.   

We take leaders across the organization, and we begin by training them on the best utilization of data through our Citizen Data Scientist Programs (CDSP). When leaders have a good knowledge base and understand of data collection and utilization, we can begin to have conversations of how data can best be harnessed across the organization.   

We help organizations develop data blueprints, so that they can understand what data they are collecting, how it is stored, how it is secured, and how it is shared across the organization.   

Finally, we put leaders from across the organization together to expand data intelligence efficiency and maximization throughout the organization. We can facilitate these COEs in the short term, after an organization understands how to effectively run the COE, or for a longer time to provide greater expertise and our familiarity with developing world class Centers of Excellence around data intelligence.
