Santosh spent ten years as a director of technology – SAP billing, CRM, mergers & acquisitions at Nielsen/NielsenIQ. He oversaw a 50+ member SAP SD/Billing team that supported $3B in billing and contracts annually, including revenue recognition, e-invoicing, and service delivery functions. He chaired SAP integration for 25 global companies, optimizing processes and reducing integration timelines.

As the customer success leader at BST Global, which serves the architectural engineering and construction industry with AI-powered project intelligence solutions, Santosh collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective product delivery. He helped develop innovative product strategies that maintained strong relationships with key customers and drove growth.

Santosh is a Scrum Alliance Certified Product Owner and a Project Management Professional (PMP). He holds a Master of Business Administration – E-Commerce from Oklahoma Christian University. He is passionate advocate for disability rights as a member of the Board for Disability Rights Florida. He has ten years of experience on non-profit boards and championing inclusivity and accessibility, particularly in harnessing technology to empower those with disabilities.
