THINKTANK
A ThinkTank is an opportunity for leaders to step away from their day-to-day tasks and gather together to discuss big thoughts and, for example, how innovation will shift the way they conduct their operations and the way they serve their constituents. A ThinkTank can be held for members of a single organization, for individuals in various organizations in similar industries, or from leaders representing many different industries. FPOV has developed a unique and effective methods of facilitating a ThinkTank by using 2-hour ThinkSprints.
CITIZEN DATA SCIENTIST PROGRAM
Data scientists are expensive and hard to find. Our Citizen Data Scientist Program helps organizations build citizen data specialists internally using their own team. We help turn existing team members into data specialists so they can help an organization harness the awesome power of data science. There are three levels of this program: 101 teaches the basics and gives the participants the knowledge they need to excel with data science while 201 and 301 are labs with actual internal and external projects. Organizations get a ROI within the first year of the program.
CITIZEN AUTOMATION SPECIALIST PROGRAM
Organizations invested in resources to amplify their workforce through automation and are still struggling to be state of the art. Software developers can help but they are expensive and hard to keep on the team for the long term because they are in high demand. One of the cost effective investments you can make to improve automation capabilities is to train business side team members on the basic skills for identifying possible automation improvements and the ability to do initial design work. We have developed a “right-sized” training program to identify and launch your own internal citizen automation specialists. Once completed, they will have the knowledge and confidence to create valuable automations for the organization.
