Center of Excellence brings together people with different capabilities for a long-term collaboration combining individual and departmental learning and oversight around a specific area for greater organizational cohesion and strategy. A COE can often help large organizations with siloed departments and different aims around the product or services they develop focus on maximizing the value of each’s output through the collaboration a COE can provide.   

Siloes within organizations can be highly detrimental because they create friction, enhance needless waste in efforts, and limit valuable tools and practices to a single silo. A COE can help defeat these barriers and increase cooperation across an organization.  

We work with leaders from across the organization to build a Center of Excellence. We can facilitate these COEs in the short term, after an organization understands how to effectively run the COE, or for a longer time, to provide greater expertise and our familiarity with developing world class COEs.
