PROBLEM SOLVED

Facilitated a Tabletop sprint exercise with the appropriate participants to create a real-world cybersecurity incident to see how the organization would respond to the event. FPOV created and delivered the scenario piece by piece over time during the exercise. This allowed the Trinity team to practice how each department would react to a specific cyber incident.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

• Facilitate the tabletop exercise
• Work with the organization to get the proper employees into the exercise
• Create the scenario and present them to mimic real world examples
• Review or create playbooks to ensure that are up to date for this scenario
• Review with team what went well and what could have been better
