Feras S. Gharfeh, MHA is a senior consultant at FPOV specializing in artificial intelligence, supply chain management, lean operations, acquisitions, and multimillion dollar profit and loss management. He has over fifteen years’ experience in nationally acclaimed healthcare systems where he was committed to revolutionizing the industry by integrating artificial intelligence to dismantle disparities and eliminate barriers in medical services. Feras has worked with elite practices such as Baylor Scott & White, Allergy & Asthma Care, Texas Children’s Hospital, and Nationwide Children’s Hospital.  

Experience

Feras comes to FPOV from various organizations where he was a strategic growth consultant. He revolutionized operational efficiencies using new technology that led to increasing the organization’s annual revenue by double- and triple-digit percentages. Feras worked alongside c-suite executives driving and effecting change.  He is an innovative leader that challenges the status quo. 

Feras has held several executive leadership positions including Chief Operating Officer, Hospital Administrator, and Hospital Director. He managed multiple branches within organizations over several states keeping each office aligned with overall goals, objectives, and standard processes company wide. 

Background

Feras adds value to organizations by understanding issues that need to be solved. He develops a roadmap to help organizations through digital transformation. He leverages technology for the good of the organization and delivers desirable outcomes by collaborating and pushing key stakeholders forward. 

Feras is the founder and president of CBO Partners, a medical billing company, the National Administrative Fellowship Association (NAFA) and Bridge Family Health Center. He is active in both the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Medical Group Management Association. He developed the “4 M Solution and Philosophy”, a Standard Operating Formula designed to optimize healthcare delivery.  

Feras earned his master’s from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Health Administration and was class president.
