EXECUTIVE

PEER ADVISORY BOARDS

Open and honest peer feedback.

You don’t have time for theoretical business presentations. With membership in a PACE and Future Point of View Executive Advisory Board, you get concrete ideas about your individual concerns from fellow successful PEO leaders who have been in the ring. Each month, we meet to discuss each other’s challenges and opportunities. You’ll get to tap into the experience, creativity, and wisdom of other PEO leaders to brainstorm, problem solve, and target the issues that matter to you.

WHAT IS AN EXECUTIVE ADVISORY BOARD?

PACE and Future Point of View form and facilitate small, exclusive groups of PEO leaders called Executive Advisory Boards. Each board is composed of fifteen PEO executives. The boards meet remotely or in person each month for half a day.

Each meeting is focused on a structured discussion of the members’ specific issues, opportunities, concerns, or challenges.

MEETINGS ARE HONEST AND CONFIDENTIAL

  • Professional and personal development
  • ½ day per month
  • Professionally facilitated
  • Real-life situations versus academic environment
  • Limited to 15 members per group
  • Individual presentations, one to two members per meeting
  • Individual consultation prior to presentation
  • Request for advice, problem solving, brainstorming, etc.
  • Creates informal board of advisors
  • Annual Think Tank Session at PACE Conference

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO GAIN

RESULTS

You’ll see a difference in how your PEO or HR Outsourcing organization runs. You’ll see a difference in yourself.

EDUCATION

Real-time, real-world education. You’ll get input and ideas from peers who have “been there-done-that,” not from theoretical business presentations that may or may not address your PEO’s needs.

FOCUS

You bring your challenges, opportunities, and problems to work on. We don’t talk “at” you with canned curriculum that may not be relevant to your business. We brainstorm, problem solve, and target what you need in the situation you are presenting.

STRATEGY

Opportunities to strategize. How often do you take time out of day-to-day operations on a regular basis to think strategically about your business? Aha, enough said.

COLLABORATION

You’ll get to tap into the experience, creativity, and wisdom of successful PEO leaders you respect. It’s amazing!

ACTION

You’ll learn something at every meeting that you can apply down the line. You’ll save time, money, and the heartache of costly mistakes.

ACCOUNTABILITY

One of the best and worst things about being in leadership in business is that everyone looks to you to be held accountable and you are stuck without someone to hold your feet to the fire. You can ask your fellow members to do that for you. And they will!

VISION

See your vision, your voice, and your version of success. The Executive Advisory Board helps you achieve what you want, not what others want.

CONFIDENTIALITY

You can talk about what’s really on your mind. At our meetings, you can have the conversations you can’t have with your boss, your peers, your banker, your employees, or the media. Everything you say in the meeting stays in the meeting.

GROWTH

These are the very reasons you need to join our PEO Executive Advisory Board. It can help you grow your business to the point where time and money are never in short supply.

RETURN ON INVESTMENT

When you invest in yourself as a leader, the ROI for your personal and professional life is exponential.

HOW TO JOIN

To preserve the value of each board, Executive Advisory Board membership is open to PACE members only. Please email Scott Brady – scottb@fpov.com – to schedule your inquiry meeting/interview with a facilitator.

During this meeting, we will be able to answer any questions that you have about this program. No need to prepare anything, just come excited to learn about this great new offering from PACE and Future Point of View!

Joining members will be invoiced for dues, which cover monthly half-day meetings for 6 months, as well as promotional and networking opportunities. For most board members, dues are covered by their company, as business owners recognize the value and profitability that executive membership in our community brings.

Board membership is a 6-month commitment, and our retention rate is high. We do lose members, of course – owners sell their businesses, or executives decide to change their priorities – but our retention rate from year to year is about 85%.
