Tracy Conrad

Tracy Conrad is FPOV’s Chief Administrative Officer. She comes to FPOV with 25 years of finance, operations, human resources (HR), and client services experience. She is critical in guiding FPOV’s internal operations and HR while helping to manage FPOV’s diverse clientele.

Tracy helped to co-found and lead RadVine Consulting, a digital marketing and advertising agency where she served in multiple executive roles including operations, finance, HR, and administration. In her capacity at RadVine, she was named a 2021 Top 100 US Business Leader by Top 100 Magazine and was a 2020 Fifty Making a Difference Honoree by The Journal Record.

As the VP of administration at Martin Bionics Clinical Care, LLC she helped develop both internal and external processes for the ambulatory care facility focusing on the treatment and care of amputees. Martin Bionics was honored to be named Best Inventions of 2020 by TIME Magazine and was an Edison Award Winner in 2019. At Martin Bionics, she guided the development of processes such as employee benefits, onboarding, recruiting, financial reports, patient profitability, and vendor relationship management. As a member of the executive leadership team, she was integral in areas such as strategy, growth, and company-wide decisions.

Tracy also previously served as the director of client services and operations at UR Mobile, LLC. As the director of finance, she guided the organizational budget of the mobile solutions software development company. She also directed all client onboarding and training processes.

Tracy studied Business Administration at Truman State University. She is active in the community and serves on the First Impressions leadership team at People’s Church, OKC. Recently graduated from Leadership Edmond and served on the leadership team of Women on Boards. She resides in Edmond with her husband Sean.
