INTEGRATED STRATEGY & ADVISING GROUP

  • Advancing IT: Improvement around IT and its initiatives. We offer a wide variety of coaching around IT for executives and staff.
  • Digital Strategy: We help to ensure that all digital and IT projects align with the business objectives through the development of a digital strategy roadmap.
  • Digital Maturity Assessment: We measure your digital maturity including how you align with your competition and industry.

MODERNIZATION GROUP

Our Modernization Practice helps clients modernize their digital backbone by improving its core systems. We ensure there is direction from the business and IT to scale and amplify profits. We utilize a modernization framework to reduce the overall complexity of large digital engagements. Three areas we work to help clients in this practice include:

  • Blueprinting: Memorializing digital environments in a visual language to understand technology systems used and data flows
  • Process Operations and Mapping: Analyzing subject matter experts to memorialize their processes including technologies and staff to understand inefficiencies and pain points.
  • Vendor Relationship and Contracting Process: Vendor relationships are some of the most important relationships to an organization. We help select vendors, navigate negotiations, and enter into solid contracts to ensure the organization is protected.

SECURITY & RISK GROUP

The Security & Risk Practice Group compromises four different areas:

  • Cyber Risk Management: Heightening cyber resilience through a forward-looking approach in identification, compliance, mitigation, detection, and response. Our approach addresses risks, threats, attacks, and breaches to maximize profitability, minimize technology failures, and reduce customer harm while mitigating reputational damage and financial loss.
  • Security Strategy: Building security strategy roadmaps, developing insider threat programs, facilitating cybersecurity high beam workshops and consulting around cybersecurity insurance.
  • Security Services: FPOV assists in the development of future-proof security risk management programs. With security becoming a more prominent concern due to geopolitical events, recent supply chain attacks, and targeted incidents, these support services can include unique applications of monitoring, testing, assessing, providing a fractional CISO, and on-demand support. Typical services include monitoring and scanning, hybrid work firewall testing, training and coaching, as well as vendor acquisition and support.
  • Incident Response: Building incident response playbooks, executive training, tabletop sessions or consultation during an incident.

ELITE PERFORMANCE GROUP

The Elite Performance Practice Group is for organizations that seek to be two years in front of their competition with how they apply technology. We help organizations stand out against their competition by utilizing the latest thinking and new technology concepts, ideas, and capabilities.

When working with this group we start by assessing your capacity for rapid execution on new digital concepts and ability to innovate with technology. Clients that work with this group will often financially outperform others in their market due to profit amplification.   • Citizen Automation Specialist Program (CASP): Like a CDSP, we upskill your existing team members to become citizen programmers so that they can use low code / no code automation tools to improve automation in their department
  • AI Consulting: We have AI audits and services to help you use machine intelligence to improve the automation within your organization. We can help you learn to amplify automation across the whole organization.
